Awesome photo, Lazer!

I gotta ask -- isn't your nose strap a bit too tight? It looks like the pillow is really jammed against your nose, squeezing it up towards your eyes.

Thanks and yes, I do believe I erred in the placement and adjustment a bit last night because I didn't factor in wearing the "Pap-cap" underneath as I hadn't used it in quite some time and do believe I should have compensated by loosening the ear-straps on the "Bella's" a bit because I could feel the tension on the backs of my ears more-so when drifting off last night and did awaken to some soreness there this morning along with some massive leakage.

I had been wearing (As per my sig) - the Sleepweaver Elan for the past weeks and doing various things to try to get used to is but the strap marks just became too much with it as of late so switched back to the FX nasal pillows.

Tonight I will be taking note to loosen the ear straps a bit and/or reposition things regarding the "Papcap" and maybe place it over instead of under. The only other thing is with the "Papcap" - it makes it a little difficult in getting my Zeo placement just right.

I've found that things work better when I wear the headgear of my pillows (either LT or FX) over my Papcap. It is easier to make small adjustments. Earl

Point well taken. I'll make the adjustments post-papcap as I should have done last night.

I don't use the Bella loops, but definitely over the PAPcap for me. How do you like the Bella loops?

tattooyu,
Your drawing reminded me of a cartoonist's blog I followed years ago. His two year old daughter would request him to draw something. She would review it and reject, or accept it. She was a tough critic. Funny drawings, but funnier comments from her. http://tinyartdirector.blogspot.com/

Thanks for the laugh. Earl

I do like the Bella loops once I get them adjusted properly. Last night was better.

Archangle, just do not ask me, "Where is your Mommy?"

Like from the truly scary Dr. Who episode.

@Vindic8

I have a few comments:
1st - Your leak probably 0.00000
2nd - Your AHI must be 0.00000
3rd - I would consider this a hybrid FFM
4th - I wouldn't want that kind of a hose that has the potential to whack me throughout the night
5th - What kind of humidity setting do you have for your particular mask?
6th - How much did your kind of mask cost?

In conclusion, two thumbs down for your mask

I had to post this one:

Mirage Quattro FFM, Padacheek Liner, and a Miami J cervical collar:

Tried the Pilairo, Swift FX, but I went back to the standby Mirage Quattro.

You would think I would never be able to sleep like this - but I do and quite well!
