I'd move your start point on the ramp to 5. I had similar issues and as described by others it relates to the flapper. The tiny increase on the ramp starting point cured my issues. ##EDIT Sorry I didn't notice in your OP you mentioning that it was a few hours in, so my comments are likely not relevant, unless perhaps you have it set as an autostart and somehow things are being upset through a large leak and it is constantly restarting. ##
