I started sleeping in one of those super thin summer weight cardigan sweaters and that solved the problem for me. Putting a pillow between us solved the issue for him

Actually I've found that my airflow doesn't really go all that far so I hold my hand out and figure out the outer edge of the breeze and adjust accordingly. My partner accuses me of blowing him but since I've learned the range of the air flow I can confidently say that it is not I!

I stick my arm up inside the pillow case. But since I don't have air conditioning, I actually like the breeze from the face mask these nights.

Same issue here, took one of my granddaughter's knee socks, cut the foot off, works great slip it over your arm, and if you turn your head from side to side use two

I have the same issues. No good idea other than what NanWilson recommended. Sometimes, I swivel my hose to try an direct it differently or mush (highly technical term meaning to re-arrange a portion of a goose down pillow) my pillow to act as an air dam.

I accidentally found a convenient variation on this. I got a hose holder because of leaks when I turn over, which I do more often in hot weather. The angle of the hose with the holder turns out to be one that keeps the exhaust away from my arm. It may be possible to test this by holding the hose up as though it were going through a hose holder over your head, and checking where the airflow goes.
