Pressure Question

Intellipap Auto. Last 30 days, 95th percentile is 8.5, 90th percentile is 8.0. AHI is 7. Machine minimum pressure set to 4 and max set to 12. I have read that standard rule is 2 above and below 95th percentile. Is that accurate? Should I adjust me machine to 6.5 and 10.5?

Sounds like a good plan. The maximum doesn't really matter so much because the machine doesn't go there unless it thinks it needs to. For sure the minimum needs to go up though. Give the machine a bit more of a head start.

If you haven't done so already, you might want to take a look at how your machine is set up. The EPR and I-rounding and E-rounding settings are important to have set right or you will be fighting the machine. Take a look at what this person did:
