Uggy already explained this to me. You see, Prince Adequate isn't really coming on a white horse. More like a white Vulvo or something like that.

Late to the party (and don't really belong at this one, anyway, as I'm married), but this comment caught my eye. I am reminded of the t-shirt (from Northern Sun Marketing, perhaps?) with the inscription, "She who waits for her knight in shining armor will probably end up cleaning the horse's stall," or some such.

To the women: There ARE decent guys out there. I was single until a few years ago (I just turned fifty). I met my wife through an online dating forum (Yahoo singles, if memory serves). On our first date, I mentioned something about being a hosehead--it felt like a good moment to get that out there just in case--and was mildly surprised to learn that she, too, uses CPAP. Knowing that about each other made that first sleepover a LOT less awkward.

We've been married a bit less than two years as I type this.

I hope each of you finds the right person with whom to enjoy life!

I have to say that I wasn't planning on looking on the forum today much less checking on this topic. Decided to take a break from studying and check if anyone had been posting. This came at a really good time and you made me cry (good tears!). I've been REALLY stressed out with new schedules, studies (you can find the brain matter on the ceiling from the explosion), and life in general with no thought to even looking for a man! To know that you cared enough to write this put a REALLY BIG SMILE on my face! Thank you for the much needed pick me up!

No, I have written out a list yet. I am kind of in the "meh" stage right now when it comes to men. I am planning on moving to another state in the summer, so it is kind of pointless to meet someone where I currently live.
