YOu dont need to rustle up reasons why it wont work, I already did that, and THAT doesnt work either..
You dont need to mount a defense, you dont need to list all the reasons you cant or dont want to do it..
I tried that too..
Im very stubborn, you must be to. I dont like being controlled, you must not enjoy it either. I dont like doctors tell me "how it is"
I didnt want to "marry" this machine either..
That being said, Im sure you have been thru much tougher things in your life.. and you survived them.
Oh, and what someone said to me.. "was I prepared to have my family change my diapers after I had a stroke"
uh, short answer.. No, I NEED TO MAKE THIS WORK..
Use your energy contructively not descructively. If you are tired, frustrated, and sick of it all.. join my club.. ready to throw in the towel?
Its not worth it, I know that now.. Its not worth the alternatives..
Elena, Now I just love your attitude! We'll all be very interested in your progress, keep us posted, we're here for you.

Thanks goodness we live during this time when assistance is readily available via the internet! It's so helpful to have this forum where we can learn about sleep apnea and equipment, and receive advice and support to get through the rough spots.

I never even thought about a time when there was no internet not so long ago. I shudder to think what would have become of us all!

Fantastic news!!! I just celebrated my first anniversary of CPAP, and yes it was a celebration. It's wonderful having my life back.
These beautiful kids in my avi are my motivation for getting healthy and staying compliant. Need to be around a long time. See my new blog at http://creativekidscakeslife.blogspot.com/ Baking Blog http://feedingtheravenoushorde.blogspot.com

Well Sir for me, these remedies did not help. These things did and still do indeed make me feel generally healthier but did absolutely nothing for my sleep apnea and the resulting symptoms. What did help was discovering my only other choice was surgery that only has a 50% (as explained to me) to maybe allowing me to lower the pressure on my CPAP. The CPAP however is helping. Am I there yet, no I am still adjusting to the issues that most all CPAP users face.
God Bless..
