Okay I had to reformat my hard drive and I had the Respironics (Encore Reader not Pro) software installed on my machine before. I have tried to reinstall it and I keep getting the following error message; " Could not find Encore Pro application. This installation requires Encore Pro 1.3 or greater." I have tried installing it on my laptop, running same OS XP, and the same error message appears. I don't remember having this problem when I installed it the first time. Anybody have a similar experience with this software and if so do you have a fix? Thanks.

I think that error is about the smartcard driver - the driver should be on the CD that viewer is on. There was a thread about this a couple days ago - see if it helps
