Hold down the 2 arrows on your machine, then plug in your CPAP unit in outlet. Keep your finger held down for 2 to 3 seconds and you can now scroll thru the menu. Good luck. rjonz

It's interesting that you could find this thread, but not one of the hundreds of threads where the instructions or links to the manuals have been posted over the past five years.
