Whats the average time most users wear cpap a night????

Between 7 and 7.5 hours a night. If I am sleeping I am wearing my mask.. I wake up during the night too, but generally I just lay there til I fall back to sleep..

7 hours...I was sleeping 8.3. I read that the longest living people AVERAGE 7 hours of continuous sleep, anything above and below that shortens your life. I feel best at 7.

at least 8 hours ....daily naps have decreased drastically and no waking up to go to the bathroom during the night...

As long as I am in bed trying to sleep and that is usually 5-8 hours. I don't ever try to sleep without it since I brought it home.

Between 7 and 7.5 on weeknights and sometimes up to 10 on weekends. I don't usually nap but if I do, the mask goes on. After the first few weeks of getting used to CPAP and struggling to find the best FFM for me- I've worn it every single night except two when I was feeling really nauseous. Before CPAP I used to spend at least 30 minutes trying to get to sleep most nights but now I just put on my mask and zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
