Well, the second night with the Bravo was a little better, but I still didn't make it through the night. I managed to get the straps adjusted a lot better. I think the problem before was that I was trying to wear the Bravo like the Swift, i.e. I had the top strap of the headgear in the middle part of the top of my head, but if you look at pictures of the Bravo, the top strap is supposed to be more towards the front of the head, right above the forehead.

So adjusting the position of the headgear helped a lot. The problem I have now is that the nasal pillows are irritating my nares pretty severely. I thought being used to the Swift would prevent this, but the pillows on the Bravo feel quite different. In fact, the Swift pillows never really irritated my nose at all (maybe because I've used Ayr gel from day one). Hopefully it's just a matter of getting used to the slightly different positioning of the pillows.

So I'll just keep trying. I really want to like this mask. If I can get over the nose irritation from the pillows, I think it could be a winner. The headgear is very comfortable, and I like the different options of routing the hoses. But the feel of the nasal pillows compared to the Swift is going to take some getting used to.

I got my Bravo yesterday. I wore it for a couple of hours but didn't wear it during sleep because I couldn't find my chin strap. So, I slept with the Hybrid. During the 2 hours I wore the Bravo, I found it quite comfortable. To get the pillows more comfortably positioned, I rotated the reservoir a little bit. I think the pillows were then positioned at the right angle. You might want to try the same....
