Only tried two, one was the Adam and the Breeze, I do like the Breeze Nasal Pillow mask because I can sleep on the side with my face burried in the pillow and it doesn't bother me.
Still searching for masks Nasal pillow suggestions???

It is so comfortable that I don't even use my pad-a-cheeks with it and other than the straps that are very plush, the only thing that touches my skin is the nasal pillows. Can't say enough good things about this one for small faces/heads.

Your report on the Bravo is really promising! I have had a hard time finding a system that doesn't press on my face and break capillaries. Are you able to sleep on your side? Does the hose lay on your face at all? I was also wondering if the pillows would fit small slotted nares? An thing you can tell me would be appreciated!

I keep reading about the twilight NP but it only comes in med and lg.sharon1965 wrote:

are you saying that your nares are small, too? because the med. and lg. refers to the pillows that fit against your nostrils
so far for me the best one has been the comfortlite 2; normally i use the direct seal nasal pillow, but since i had septoplasty 2 months ago, the pillows seem to make my nose a little achy...i've switched to the simple cushion, which also comes with the comfortlite 2, and is essentially a very small nasal mask, to give my nose a break...you might find it comfy for your small face, and so far it hasn't cause my rosacea to flare up
the breeze looks comfy, too, and it's the one i want to try when i'm next due for a new interface...there are so many options, lots of opinions and everyone has their own experience with these things
good luck!

Can you tell me what the difference is between direct seal and simple cushion? I keep hearing the different terms.

i'm so sorry i didn't see this question posted a few days ago...if you go to cpap.com and search comfortlite 2 you'll see the pictures of the various choices that come with this interface...the simple cushion is like a tiny nasal mask that fits on to the same headgear as the pillows, but it covers the nose like a regular nasal mask...it's just so small that it doesn't touch much of your face and with sensitive skin and/or rosacea it's a nice feature, but it does require extra stabilizing, like using the panty-hose strap fix or any other kind of extra strap...the direct seal is a style of nasal pillow, which is slightly different than the regular nasal pillows that can also be used with the CL2, in that the pillows are rounded, almost bulb-like and don't really to into the nostrils, instead they seal against the nares, and the regular nasal pillows have a narrowing shape with a flange that fits more snugly into the nostril with the flange sealing against the nares...it all sounds so similar, i know, but i find the direct seal pillow way more comfortable than the regular nasal pillow...the direct seal and the regular pillows are both nasal pillows and the simple cushion is a nasal mask...folks are welcome to correct me if i'm wrong, but this is the experience i've had with the CL2 and what was included when i received it from my supplier
best of luck debbie, hope your search is yielding some decent results
