Ditto! on a poor sleep night. It seems like I could not get comfortable no matter what tried to do. I saw my clock at 1AM, 2 and 3. I have not had a bad night like this in a while. Hopefully, tonite will be better.

here it is 7:20 am on thursday, hope you had a better night...i had a pretty good night tuesday, and last night i was trying to convince myself before i fell asleep that it was going to be a very good night, and when i woke up at 7 there was my mask neatly hung up and the machine turned off
grrrr
well, today is my last workday for the week and i'm going away for the weekend, so it's all good from here...(and yesterday was the first day of spring yayyyyyy!)

ARRRGH ... my CL2 is still possessed. Seems like I had to fiddle with it all night again. I did have alot of dreams though so I know I got some sleep. Its just irritating. I might try my Aura tonight if I can stand the noise. Glad to hear you had a better night!

Sharon1965,

There are good nights and bad nights. The last two have been horrible for me. What gets me is to have a horrible one like last night and have a 0.8 AHI. Doesn't make sense to me. Then there are wonderful nights and my AHI is 3.3! Go figure. If you, or anyone, ever figures out this crazy therapy, please let us all know, will ya?

Hope you feel better as the day goes on.

sleepyWI

you find the aura noisy? i hadn't hear that before...that's the mask i've been jonesing to try, as soon as i can convince myself to part with the bucks (aura not available thru my supplier here in canada, all my other ones so far have been covered, so it's hard for me to justify the $$;) because so many people on here just looooooove it

sleepyeyes,

not much chance of me figuring this whole thing out as i don't even have access to my info...and i sleep alone a lot of the time with hubby on mostly mid's, so i'm just hoping for the best...thanks for the well wishes

have a great day!
