I didn't ask if had one. I called the number on the website after they changed it from "have your dr fax the info" to "call us to confirm things." I was initially told, after waiting to get through to someone and reviewing my information that the people at the number on the website did not cover devices with my serial number and that I should call someone else. I insisted that they transfer me to someone else.
