Hello everyone, thank you to all who replied to my previous thread. I'm learning a lot, but still feeling overwhelmed.
At about 3 am I woke up with heart racing and unable to fall back asleep. I also noticed that each time I exhaled, it sounded 'windy' in the tube.
I was finally able to fall back asleep around five am, but I removed the nose pillows and turned the machine off.
When I look at the data, I see that it logs the time incorrectly, so I may need to readjust the time.
I notice about 7 CAs and 6 HAs.
What adjustments to the pressures do I need to make to improve things?
What do the numbers beside the CA and HA markers mean? IE Clear Airway (12) or Clear Airway (27)
Here is some data I copied from that day. Attached a screenshot as well.
Large Leak: 0.31%
Clear Airway: 2.05
Unclassified Apnea: 0.00
Obstructive: 1.30
Hypopnea: 0.00
Mode: APAP
Pressure Min: 4.40 cmH2O
Pressure Max: 15.00 cmH2O
EPR: Full Time
EPR Level: 1 cmH2O
Thank you to all for sharing your knowledge and experience. I still feel really debilitated and disheartened.

The easy way to set the OSCAR graphs in the preferred order and format:
1. Go to View menu - Reset Graphs - Standard
2. In View menu, turn on Sidebar
3. Again in View Menu turn off Daily Calendar and Pie Chart
May need to adjust the size a little bit to fit all 5 graphs within one screenshot.

Also check Graph Height if the graphs are too small.
GrumpyHere wrote: ↑Tue Jul 06, 2021 8:18 pmGraph Height is set in File/Preferences/Appearance
On my setup, when set to 80, I get squished up graphs like your original screenshots. The default was 180.
At 192, the 5 graphs (flags, flow rate, pressure, leak, flow limit) are nicely spaced out.
At 160 I also get snores as the bottom graph.

Re: Help with interpreting OSCAR
Thank you Grumpy. Do you advise that I repost with the simplified view?
I am totally new and feeling quite disheartened and overwhelmed. I've looked at all the intro guides pinned at the top of the forum, but I'm clearly missing some of the nuances and what I need to do to clean up the data visuals is one of them.

Re: Help with interpreting OSCAR
Yes, definitely repost after correcting the chart.
Experts here will help you with your therapy once they can actually review the data from the chart.
Zonker quoted the steps which will set up the OSCAR 1.2.0 graphs in the order as the expert like them. But it does not correct the Graph Height problem.
So please also follow the steps outlined in the post where I quoted myself.
Don't be disheartened. It does take effort and time. Eventually it gets better.

i'm laughing with you, not AT you.
forum friend palerider gave me absolute hell about my charts for the longest time.
i finally got to the point where i could post 'em without embarressing myself. mind you, i still don't fully understand them, but i CAN post 'em.

What you posted is pretty useless, too much stuff.perfstud07 wrote: ↑Sun Jul 11, 2021 8:39 amThank you Grumpy. Do you advise that I repost with the simplified view?
Either do what Pugsy said, or this: http://cpaptalk.com/wiki/index.php/Oscar:organize
Either way, you end up in the same place.
