Huge amounts of pure central apneas (~50 per hour) with high pressure & EPR

KInda freaking out a bit now..
Have been playing with my machine in attempts to fix what I believe is undiagnosed UARS, as I'm not getting as effective treatment as what I'd like.
I set the pressure to 19 and EPAP of 9, so effectively a PS of 10.
Woke up after around 4 hours with really sore aerophagia and lots of gas and looked at my machine, AHI of ~50 of purely centrals. Confirmed via OSCAR.
When I have the pressures much lower (around 9/12) I get basically zero centrals each night, maybe one or two max.

Is this anything to be cornered about (heart failure etc), or can I put it simply down to the crazy high pressure?

Note that may tidal volume is ~700, it's typically like ~460.

PS of 10 is causing your centrals. It's causing you to sort of hyperventilate and blow of too much carbon dioxide.

It was the wrong experiment for you to try. That much PS used (unless someone has major respiratory issues) is going to trigger centrals.

More IPAP this way is NOT the way to deal with UARS.

Go back to more normal settings.

Thank you, now I can go back to sleep and stop excessively worrying!
