You are right. Here's the correct link:
https://www.amazon.com/Respironics-Drea ... 133&sr=8-7
Actually that is for the gel pillows.
There is another newer model without the gel and it is just silicone.
Not on Amazon yet that I can find.

So this new version
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/pr-dre ... ne-cushion
isn't the same as the gel version
so comparing the prices doesn't really help.

So far all I have found for the new silicone model is online retailers like cpap.com and it is VERY pricey indeed.
I can't find them on Amazon or EBay yet....but with time they should show up there.

If you like the DreamWear, there is a new pillows cushion for it that you could try.

https://www.cpap.com/productpage/pr-dre ... ne-cushion

Pillows are generally a bit more stable than the under-the-nose nasal cushions. The Swift FX is ok, but the DreamWear headgear with Arms is probably more stable since the Swift FX is an older style where the back strap can slide up on the back of the head through the night.
Yikes! The price they show for that is $57.90. You can get that from Amazon for $11.82. Here's a link:

https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Respiron ... 202&sr=8-4
That Amazon link is for the DreamWear nasal cushion, not the new nasal pillows...

Nope, still wrong. Those are the gel pillows, not the new silicone pillows.

Maybe this is it in size L:
https://www.amazon.com/DreamWear-Silico ... 193&sr=8-6
or here's the MW size:
https://www.amazon.com/DreamWear-Silico ... 193&sr=8-8
or here's the size M:
https://www.amazon.com/DreamWear-Silico ... 93&sr=8-4d
I don't see the size small, but maybe it's hiding there somewhere.
