I just wanted to give an update. Things are going MUCH better now for me. I have a new mask and headgear. I also had a follow up consultation with my Dr. He made some additional changes to my machine. As near as I can tell I have a more constant pressure now. No difference between inhale and exhale pressure. Also the ramp time has been changed from 30min to 5min. It all seems to be working. Since the changes, my AHI has been below 2 every night and about half the nights it was actually below 1. The CAs that my machine was flagging have all but disappeared. I think the highest number of CAs was 3 for the entire night's sleep. I am still getting lots of snores flagged, but very few apneas now. Thanks again to all who helped me in figuring out what was going on with all those CA's that were registering and turned out to be false.

As I stated in an earlier post, for the past 2-3 weeks things seemed to be trending in the right direction for me. Last night my machine logged the LOWEST AHI that I have had since starting therapy back in January. Thanks again for all of the help.
