Don't know why I didn't think of it before, but I'm pretty sure it's was the CBD oil my dad talked me into taking.

I stopped taking it and it's gone now

I'm sure this has something to do with the sleep therapy
Everybody always blames CPAP for everything. :D
My favorite was around here a few years ago when some guy was certain that CPAP was responsible for his foot pain.
Personally, I think it's responsible for the annoying mess that happens every day when people are picking up their 'little darlings' down the street at the school... CPAPs fault!

Yes. So it's obviously not my machine. My doctor bumped up my pressure yesterday... It's now 18/14

Before I got my machine I couldn't do more then 15 minutes on the treadmill.... Yesterday and today I did a whole hour, each day

Obviously the machine has slowed you down quite a bit. You used to be able to complete your exercising in 15 minutes, and now it takes you an hour.

So I wanted to update you all on how well sleep therapy has been going for me....

I've been using my machine faithfully every night for at least 8 hours

I started working a full time job at a high end resort as a housekeeper... Working 10+ hours a day

I come home a bit sore.... But I still have the energy to cook dinner with my son and play a game and watch AND finish a movie

I've lost 17 lbs

My life has changed dramatically and this would never have been possible before starting sleep therapy
