Might as well chime in as there's a 50-50 chance that I prompted this post. :D

I did try an adult pacifier to try and prevent mouth leaks. Didn't work at all for me. As soon as I fell asleep, I'd stop sucking on it, and my mouth dropped open. I'd leak just as badly as ever. I also didn't care for sucking on it while waiting to fall asleep. Didn't work for me llike I observed with my granddaughter. While napping, she'd be working her mimi almost non-stop. I guess I'm just too far removed from my days of regular teat-suckling. Sad state of affairs, I know.

Honestly, if it interests you, give it a try if you suckle it through the night, I think it could work.

And for the record, it was indeed the manliest manly pacifier. Jet Black with an opaque silvery pull ring. Very manly. :lol:
