Folks my memory did half assed fail on me...what I have available to send is another Mirage Quattro and not the Quattro FX but it is in the Medium size...so I will be passing that mask along to the OP here.
Maybe if some of you have an unwanted full face mask of some sort you can pass it on to the OP if you don't need or want it anymore.
My supply of donated full face masks is pretty much down to nothing except for a couple of frames in a not so popular model...like the Comfort Gel Blue..

So just a follow up on where I'm at going into my 6th day using the Resmed S9, auto setting. I've figured out how to get into the "Clinical" part of the machine and was able to set to auto, I can also read my sleep reports. IO've been running 6.8-9.8CM, or the reading indicate that each morning. This morning for example, was 7.0. I'm getting 3-5 hours in, with around 3-5 AHI indicated. (not sure what that means exactly. I know it is measuring the stopped breathing events, but what does it measure on the machine? My leaks are still 35-40 per night, I think this is mostly from having a too small mask.

So with my pressure running 6.8-9.8, this would indicate my obstruction is not severe? As that pressure is on the lower side? The good news is, those 3-5 hours I do sleep with the mask on, I don't remember. I do not wake up, so I am sleeping.

just a suggestion, but could you start posting some charts here for the experts to look at? that way they can tell at a glance what might need changing in your therapy.

good luck!
