GREAT and very helpful review Snoredog!!!

Thank you so much!

I'll be looking into the Soyala as an alternative to my Activa.

Well done!

Chuck

BTW, have you noticed any differences in how you sleep with it??? Though I like the Swift best of all in terms of comfort and life-style, its unavoidable that I sleep much better with the Activa. I wonder if you notice any differences in the quality of your sleep with the Soyala?

CO2

Thank you!!

It sounds like the Soyala would be a good match for me. I believe that I sleep better witht he Activa because of it's increased dead-space (versus the Swift) and CO2 retention, helping what I still think may be a hypocapnic trigger problem that I have. Sounds like the Soyala may help that even more.

Thanks again, Snoredog!

Wow! That is a ton of information. Those who have multiple masks in a matter of months; does insurance cover the multiple masks or are these out of pocket purchases? I intend to use my Swift through this next week and if it still keeps wife and I awake I am going to try to have it replaced with something else. I appreciate all the information.

I am trying out a Fisher and Paykel 432 full face mask (one night so far) which is absolutely silent. It has a foam insert as well as the plastic bladder thingy and seems pretty comfortable so far. Less leaky than my 431 which is also fairly loud.

[quote="mattman"]I find the Respironics Comfort Select to be about the quietest, most comfortable and leak-free mask I've come across.

The comfort gel is a similiar product that can be even better leak-wise for some difficult to fit people, though I find it just a little less comfortable.

I have used both and I also have Comfort lite two and I seem to prefer my comfort gel
