Means for about 3 1/2 % of the night you were in large leak territory....
Out of roughly 8 1/4 hours of sleep that amounts to approx 17 minutes.
Not the end of the world by any means and acceptable in my book unless the leaks wake me up and then that's a different thing.
Leak RateRate of detected mask leakage (L/min)
W-Avg: 5.94 0.00 3.60 21.60 43.20
The 21.20 L/min is a 95% leak number...all that means is that you were at OR BELOW that number of 95% of the night...5% you were above but the max you hit was 43.20. I disregard maximums because they can look really bad just from a quick reseating of the mask. It does NOT mean that you were at 21.20 L/min leak for 95% of the night...remember the "or below" part of the definition.

ResMed's line in the sand is 24 L/min and for 95% of the night you were below that number and probably a lot below it. 95% numbers are easily skewed with just a little higher numbers being added into the mix.
ResMed doesn't even give a Mr Frowny face for leak until you spend 30% or more of the night in large leak territory...which I don't quite agree with.

I would say that your leak numbers are well within acceptable limits providing those leaks didn't wake you up often during the night.

Thanks for your response! It's very much appreciated.

I'm happy to be getting sleep without constantly waking up as before. I think I can thank my doctor for prescribing Prilosec as the Gerd apparently was waking me up every 1.5 hours prior to taking it.

Last question, I noticed that Sleepyhead said I went to bed at 10:01 when it was actually 11:01. How do I fix that?

There is a clock on the machine that you can set...just don't try to set it until after 12 Noon on that clock...or within an hour of using it. I usually tell people to just set it right at bedtime.

For some reason using the DST box option in SH doesn't/hasn't worked for me.

The clinical manual should explain how to get to the clock.

I don't bother with changing as DST comes and goes. It's enough to know I got X amount of hours of sleep.
Now if I was trying to sync SH report with pulse ox report...then I would make the effort to keep times exact.
