Being new to all this, what is the best way to learn to use Sleepyhead? Thanks everyone.

I had trouble getting the right version of the MSV file that was missing to run Sleepyhead in Windows 8.1. This thread helped me and now I have Sleepyhead up and running.

Or, just download the binary version which self extracts to a folder of your choosing and not deal with the zip file at all.

Links for the two binary versions are on this page

https://sleep.tnet.com/resources/sleepyhead

Look for the red NEW on the page.
