Goof,
Only my right, also... Wierd. I wonder if it is my sleeping position (left side) and that "gravity thing". I think the rotation of the pillows makes a difference, too. I put a little neosporin on the sore area inside my nose during the day and that seems to help.
Ok.... how do you guys do it... I try to copy & paste and I get this (above):
Anyways, I don't think it has anything to do with my sleeping position. I seem to sleep on my back most nights. And today, my left nostril decided to hurt too. So, UKWIS.... you think neosporin will help better than vasoline?
And for my two favorite jokesters (yes I am talking to Muckmeister & to Liam) Thanks for your humor!!
Crisp.... I looked, there's no scab on any of my fingers
Why is my right nostril only chapped?

GOOfy,
I don't mean to get in the middle of your "thing" with the wader... Is it legal to transport Ayr gel over state lines???
The Ayr Gel and (sorry to bring this up...), KY jelly do well to lube and help the seal when you're using the pillows. If I get a little sore tissue on the inside of my nose, I think the antibiotics in the neosporin help clear it up. Vaseline won't give you that. Also, I think that Vaseline won't be good to use with the pillows themselves since I believe it can cause the pillow material to deteriorate. The Ayr and KY are water-based and should be safe. Plus the Ayr gel has that light lemony smell....
Happy moisturizing.

I don't know.... what exactly is AYR gel? Is it illegal to transport across the states? Hmmmm, Muckmeister..... will we be doing something that's illegal? I have never done that before.......I guess there's a first for everything.

nassal pillows
I use the cpap pro nassal mask and had the same problem for awhile.
I finnally found that I needed to readjust it so that they didn't press up so hard on my nostrils. I moved them out toward to the sides more. I also use a piece of skin sensitve tape (very easy on the skin for repeated use) half on my nose, half on the nassal pillows. It works great . No leaks.
Hope this helps.

Well, if I don't put my nasal thingys up into my nostrils they seem to leak! So, I have to like push them up there and hope for no leakage!!
I am not exactly sure what they are called (I only assume they are called nasal pillows), but I am claustrophobic and can't wear anything actually covering my nose....so, I have these things go up into my nose and sometimes, I feel that I am up some nights just adjusting them to make sure they don't leak!!
