Does anyone know if the Resmed Airfit P30i nasal pillows fit up off of the lip? Not sure what you mean. No CPAP masks fit on the lip. Watch some videos on YouTube about fitting and adjusting the P10. I didn't even know that the Opus 360 was still available. It's been around since before I started cpap back in 2009. I am not aware of any changes (at least made public) to anything with that mask. I doubt this new noise you hear is from some sort of mask change like vent holes. ...

Has the Opus 360 design changed recently? The last two I have gotten have been much more loud with ... different, or most likely the plastic piece has changed. This has traditionally been my mask of choice, but hearing every single breath is a game changer.
