Nothing quite like making it proprietary. Oh, you are right. That little walking man above the jack looked like the USB port...

This looks very cool - I hope the white won't yellow over time. Thanks for posting!

Any idea on what the Bipaps will look like?

Re: Lifespan of a Phillips Dreamstation

I know the Resmed machines are designed for 20k run/blower hours. I would assume that the Dreamstations are similar.

Just gonna put out there... I bought one of these from this same user. No complaints whatsoever. Been going strong for months with no issues.
Glad it is working well for you Nooblakahn!

FYI, the Resmed Warranty is not transferable, thus no used machines would have a warranty.

This statement is incorrect.

SmartStart is more likely to *not* turn off when the mask pressure is very low.
Ok, let me restate - My smartstart wouldn't stop when set at 8.0. I set it to 7.8 and it worked fine!

Re: ReMed SmartStart Setting

Also, it doesn't work with a starting pressure of >8.0. I had a starting pressure of 8.0 and set it to 7.8 and it started working. This was with FFM (not sure if that makes a difference).

Really stupid item by LSAT » Mon Jan 04, Why do you think it is stupid? Some babies have problems with dehydration. Tasty water may help with this problem. This is much better than parents who keep a bottle containing fruit juice flavorings in their babies' mouths. Typically - spring water contains...

Masks are very personal - that said, I use the Resmed F20. I do get the odd leak, but overall it works well.

or just decided as a business decision on the 2,000-hour limit Successful businesses don't "just decide." They figure out what the consumers are willing to pay for. The market won't pay much for high-hours CPAPs. They also know that there are MANY low hour machines on the market, so it doesn't make...
