If you have lungs like that you don't need a battery-operated air pump. Might be an issue if you're trying to dry your CPAP air hose though.

You'll get a lot of different answers here. Some folks say to never clean any of your CPAP stuff while others, like me, suggest that you do clean that stuff. It's your machine and your choice. I clean my stuff with water and white vinegar, once a week. A freshly cleaned hose is going to take forever...
