Hello all again, It has been 2 weeks. For a few days in the beginning I used EPR, getting between 4 and 5 events. I switched it off, and my score has been stable between 1 and 2 since then. Overall I feel better although still a bit tired, but I think it has more to do with sleeping less than 8 hour...

Didn't see the option to set it otherwise, it only has an on/off option. I will check again later, maybe I am missing where it is.

Probably won't see much of a change in AHI with the slight increase in the minimum given that your machine is essentially setting a new minimum for you once you go to sleep and that seems to be around 12 ish and that's not enough to prevent the hyponeas.....this is seen on the report you shared.
