Re: OSCAR not flagging Clear Airway CA

Is it possible for the person(s) who looks after the OSCAR coding to add the F&P SleepStyle "Central Apneas" into the next OSCAR update? ...Please. :) I don't know who here on this forum knows or was part of the coding of OSCAR. BlueDragon handled it here and was part of it but he is taking a well ...

Re: OSCAR not flagging Clear Airway CA

Hello my cpaptalk friends I just got a copy of my F&P InfoSmart patient report app and it shows that I had 29 CA's during the night, which was noted as not a good thing..... On the same night the Oscar app did not flag any CA's. I had previously set up Clear Airway (CA) (flagged and ticked both box...

Maybe OSCAR is looking for ClearAirway and your machine calls them Centrals so OSCAR doesn't report them.
Yes indeed, that makes sense.

Re: OSCAR not flagging Clear Airway CA

It would help if you'd remove the chart covering half your results but include the Clear Airway line on the left side ... don't know that Sensawake is needed at all. But there is no Clear Airway line... That is why I am asking for help in why there is no Clear Airway even though it is ticked in the...

Re: Help in reading OSCAR data

Your minimum pressure is too low to hold the airway open well enough to prevent the airway from collapsing. How much more pressure is needed????? Hard to say based on this limited data. Great feedback, just the help I am after. I am on min 4 and will go up to min 7, would that be enough for starter...

You will find helpful info here:
OSCAR - The Guied

There's also a better way of presenting the data from OSCAR:

wiki/index.php/Oscar:organize
Thank U, that is most helpful.
