Has anyone had Pillar procedure AND UPPP?

Some years ago I had a UPPP operation, but it didn't reduce my snoring. CPAP doesn't work for me (I tried it, gave it my best shot), so now I'm condidering the Pillar procedure. But my ENT doctor wonders if there are any incompatibility issues between Pillar and UPPP. Has anyhone out there had both procedures???
