Hey there Pugsy and everyone.

I breezed this post in about 5 minutes, and intent to dig into it later. Just a couple of things I wanted to comment on:
"Walk on our own two feet": It took me a very long time up until you (Pugsy) and I had conversations about raising my pressure that I FINALLY was able to read, interpret and understand my own data. For the last 35 days I've been using "CPAP" pressure of 9.5, and for the last couple of days I've been feeling dragged out. For example, I went to my Bible study today and I could barely keep my eyes open for the whole hour. There were pockets of time when I would be fully alert, but most of the time I was so sleepy and ready to take a nap on the spot. So now, I have enough confidence in my own assessment of my therapy that I know what to do when I am not getting the restful sleep I need. Answer: Therapy needs some readjusting. So, tonight I have the choice of either increasing the pressure or change back to auto mode. NOTE: I'm thinking of returning to auto mode. I remember on one of my posts (I think it's the same one that was related to questioning when to raise my pressure) that Dori made mention that from time to time she would readjust Mike's settings, and I could not understand as to why. But now I do. If there is one thing that I have learned on this forum is that our bodies/sleep are not static, they change. Therefore, that means that the pressure setting needs some tweaking from time to time.

As the others have stated as I started reading your post, I was thinking the same thing that you were soon leaving the forum and this was your way of giving us a two week notice. I have so appreciated what you and others have recommended to me to optimize my therapy and give me the needed rest that my body/brain so desperately need. In addition, giving me the confidence to recognize when my therapy is no longer working and needs to be changed.
