Somebody's using dental floss between the clips to angle the nose piece... do you have it cut apart or whole?

The first thing you should do if you haven't is to cut the pillows apart to get a more taylored fit.

A number of people have found some fixes for the Hybrid, especially the nasal pillows. Here are the ones I found:

I use the hybrid every night and love it. Things that work for me;
Tie dental floss from one top post on the shell to the other top post. Or a rubberband does the same thing. This brings the pillows closer to your face and to each other.
I keep the pillows in the tall position then tighten the 'over the head' strap so the pillows are snug.
Then I adjust the other straps. If you tighten the chin straps too much the top of the mask will leak.
Finally a little ayr gel or chapstick will help those pillows stick a little better. The chapstick is a bit stickier, only use a THIN layer.
The first link that Birdshell gave has some nice pics of the rubberband(dental floss) fix.

Do you have the original "soft" headgear or the "heavy duty" headgear?

I use a very thin coating of badger balm (AKA greasy stuff) on the rims of my nares. It seems like it would allow the pillows to pop out more easily but FOR ME it seems to allow them to slide and reseat-rather than stick to the skin then pop out of position.

I have found that you will probably benefit from about any kind of "Balm"
with any type of nasal pillow. I use Bag Balm, others use, in addition to Badger Balm: Ky Jelly, Chakstik, and even Vaseline. The products
with the most lanolin work the best for me.

+ Aussie heated hose.
