Oh YEAH?
Listen here you vituperative witch! My name is Mrs. SAG, and your petty insults and incessant PMSing only prove you to be the trailer trash you really are!! You have the nerve to invoke the Name of the Lord as though your self-imposed righteousness had any power whatsoever? Talking about standing in someone else's shoes, I wish only that you could stand in mine so that you could see yourself, and then realize how God must be looking down, shaking His head and wondering how He in all His Perfection could have made such a horrible mistake! To think that you two sorry excuses for humanity are consuming valuable Earth resources that could be used to save the lives of starving children is beyond me!! May the Plagues of Egypt come over that Hovel of Hate you live in until the wailing and gnashing of teeth is consumed by the power of Hellfire!!Mrs. Strapparatus wrote: …this forum, has continually slammed him with very obnoxious messages about his product. I find them so revolting that I have encouraged him to no longer associate with this site. The people writing these slanderous claims about his product have never even seen his product and certainly were not included in the small group that were trialed.
In my humble opinion, this forum is a reflection of nothing more than a "hate site".
PS - BTW, what do you use to remove a berry stain from a delicate linen? I was thinking of using "Shout", but frankly thought that might be a little harsh and ruin the fabric. Have you tried that new product from Tide? I was waiting to see if I could find a coupon because it was a little pricey. TIA for any help! ((hugs))

Aromatherapy may help CPAP compliance. Lavender, Mandarin, Chamomile, and Sweet Marjoram aid in relaxation and sleep. Nature's Gift has these and a blend of all four called SleepEase.
Re: Strapparatus Headgear Trial
The secret material to remove berry stains is vinegar. Use straight white distilled vinegar; it is readily available in all supermarkets. While organic apple cider vinegar is the perfect vinegar for ingesting, it has a color and can stain fabric. Soak berry stains in straight white distilled vinegar. First rinse the stain well then rest the part of the fabric that is stained in a bowl of straight vinegar. Rinse. Launder as usual.

Re: Strapparatus Headgear Trial
Mrs. Moriarty,
It looks like you or Mr. Moriarty has been busy deleting old posts and subject headings in this forum. The posts that are being removed are the ones where Mr. Moriarty says negative things in response to feedback from forum members. Perhaps he called us idiots. Perhaps he didn't. Whatever was said may never truly be known now because most of what Strapparatus forum member has posted is being surgically removed with '0' put in place of subject and body for all posts as I write this. However, many of us have a habit of quoting what was previously said. Hence, all the harsh words said by Mr. Moriarty may not be quickly forgotten.
I believe I lobbed the first volley of skepticism about the product. I originally said something along the lines of:
I removed my harsh words the next day, as evidenced by the 'last edited' line under my post, apologized for my ignorance and said I'd wait for trialists to finish.
Regardless of my harsh words, it became more or less a battle between your husband and forum members who weren't even in the trial. That's a sad thing. On another thread, bap40 asked how others who had trialed the headgear felt about it. Some found it difficult to use. One found it comfortable. There was chatter about why the forum had not recently heard back from your husband. Since Mr. Moriarty declined to reply, people just figured he'd gotten fed-up trying to tailor them. Then bap40 got what can only be construed as a snotty email about how important Mr. Moriarty is, implying he is too busy, how his product is excellent and has received awards - from people who run the business of RT, but don't actually use the product themselves. Perhaps to some of us, that sounded like the most recent Country Music awards -- award makers patting themselves on the back and making money through fame of family members or friends, not necessarily through any proven ability of their own. The response sounded like false pride to me, Mrs. Moriarty.
Then Mr. Moriarty made harsh remarks about this forum and it's 'yahoo' members on his own blog, thinking nobody on the forum would be clever enough to notice. Heck to him, we're just yahoo's. cflame1 saw that post and alerted the forum about it. You won't see it on his blog at present because he's since changed the wording of that post. However, I suspected this would happen and posted a copy on this forum in case the credibility of forum members should ever come up with regards to what Mr. Moriarty actually posted. His exact words are here. You tell us he never called us names, but in fact, Mrs. Moriarty, he did. His words also seemed to imply that patient comfort was in fact not his goal as you suggest.
The trialists seemed genuinely interested in hearing back from Mr. Moriarty, but he seemed to think constructive criticism about his product was directed at his profession. The fact is, people here are not averse to RT's. Respiratory Therapy is in and of itself an honorable profession with many honorable practitioners. The system of Healthcare -> Insurance -> DME -> vicious circle is what many of our more vocal forum members rail against, not Mr. Moriarty or his profession.
These implications (not allegations) were elicited during the postings on this forum with regards to the Strapparatus headgear:
Accepting awards from professional associations that promote a product prior to it being vetted by trialists and entirely ready for market is going to bite Mr. Moriarty in the rear whether he likes it or not, and certainly not by the intention, desire or will of anyone on this forum. You can erase Mr. Moriarty's posts, but you cannot erase the past - or what people have quoted Mr. Moriarty as having posted. Reacting to negative criticism should have been, "Thank you. Your feedback, humor and patience has been very important to us."
Apparently, many on this forum feel ractar28 and others gave excellent feedback. Mr. Moriarty chose to take offense. This is his problem of him. He can carry that weight or not.
In calling this a 'hate site' all you are doing is attempting to distance yourself and Mr. Moriarty from this group. It's a label the weight of which I refuse to carry. So you'll have to continue to shoulder that too. The members of this forum have shown nothing but good humor, patience and a desire to educate bleary-eyed cpap users about how to better comply with therapy when the healthcare system has failed them for so many reasons.
Goodness knows, I've been absolutely merciless with feedback to Bret (SleepGuy) and he's borne it all with the patience of Job... I'd not be without my papcap.

It looks uncomfortable, especially the wires. If it can't be easily mass-produced, it will likely to fail in the market.

These implications (not allegations) were elicited during the postings on this forum with regards to the Strapparatus headgear:
- Each headgear has to be hand-tailored for each person.
- Each headgear will only fit one person to a single mask.
- Each headgear has critical adjustment parts that cannot be adjusted by the user and must be sent back to 'the manufacturer' to be refitted.

This is your war you have waged not ours. Strapparatus never called anyone an idiot, nor did he send a package filled with "Anthrax" as one commenter posted (Sister Mary ?) . It seems the devil is busy at work running about seeking whom he may devour. God bless you Ractar 28. I pray you have a wonderful day.
Strapparatus wrote:My husband Jim is the owner and creator of Strapparatus in which he sent only 12 people a trial offer to use and give feedback on. Subsequently, he also sent your company a sample to review. Now, this forum, has continually slammed him with very obnoxious messages about his product. I find them so revolting that I have encouraged him to no longer associate with this site. The people writing these slanderous claims about his product have never even seen his product and certainly were not included in the small group that were trialed.
In my humble opinion, this forum is a reflection of nothing more than a "hate site". The false allegations made here have only been a vicious attempt to smear his product and name by his competitors. The allegations being made state untruthful facts indicating that the sole concern of Strapparatus is the money that will be earned from the sale of this product. As the wife of Jim Moriarty, I felt the need to defend his honor on these malicious attacks. My husband, who is a dedicated respiratory therapist with 20+ years of expertise in this field, has devoted all of his time and attention to the production of Strapparatus for the past three years. He approached me one night three years ago when he first had the concept of this product and stated he had seen so much patient suffering over the only products currently available to patients and it was his heart's desire to make a difference. Therefore, he produced a product with the focus of his design being one that would be more user friendly and comfortable, thereby encouraging patients that slack off on their therapy due to discomfort issues to have an alternative device available.
Strapparatus has made NO PROFITS from this product and has to date simply given it away. Jim has, however, invested a substantial amount of his own money to get the product into production. If one could only see first hand the time consuming process of producing one Strapparatus device, which is made by hand right here in the United States, and constructed of expensive high quality materials with the intent of having a lasting value, one may then appreciate the blood (literally as Jim uses a needle to hand weave the connecting loops), sweat, and tears that Jim, our daughter, and myself have endured during the production of Strapparatus. In summary, I want all of you to know that the false allegations being made in this forum about Jim and Strapparatus have absolutely no truth or value in them. I would also like to thank those of you who actually did trial his product for your positive and helpful remarks. God bless you.
Sincerely, Teresa Moriarty

I feel so sad that things have gotten to this point. In my opinion it seems as if James was not equipped to hear anything negative about his product. We gave the feedback he asked for and he could not handle it. He took it personally and responded as such. I still think his headgear has the potential to be a good product, but... he should get some marketing help as he seems to not be the type of person who can handle negative feedback. Maybe he is not a people person. Some people are and some are not.
I also agree that Mrs. should have left it alone instead of stepping in to add some more negative thoughts. She just made it worse for him. This whole mess needs to be put to rest. The sooner the better. I do wish James good luck in his product and appreciate the chance to trial his headgear.

I think they need to pray harder for some common sense before their business will earn them any dollars.
President-pretender, J. Biden, said "the DNC has built the largest voter fraud organization in US history". Too bad they didn’t build the smartest voter fraud organization and got caught.

What should I expect as my husband transitions from a US Marine to a US Soldier? My husband recently got out of the Marines to go into the Army, and ships out for AIT next thursday. His MOS is 25B, and we have a 6 year enlistment ahead of us. How far into the schools have you personally found out your duty station? And how does your duty station get chosen in the Army? I have so many questions, and my husband does not know, and his recruiters do not seem to either. What kind of changes should I expect as a spouse? Are the rules different in the Army?
