Check Amazon.com, they have a range of stethoscopes.
What are you using one for?

You can't listen to your own heart/pulse because your ears have their own 'pulse' from carotid arteries which will make it very difficult to hear your heartbeat accurately. And the heart makes many small sounds, some with different rhythms to each other, that most lay people cannot properly interpret without a lot of training or knowledge.

littman is the most reliable ones I have seen. they range from 70 dollars to 300+ ..
