Can oxygen be bled in to the line somewhere? Thanks.

Yes, oxygen can be used with pap. Couplers with a port are widely available and can be placed in the junction of the pap hose to the mask. It is also required by some manufacturers of pap machines that a check valve be installed to prevent oxygen from entering the pap machine when the machine is off.
