SleepyHead Data missing Power problems
SleepyHead Data missing Power problems
I know this has been discussed before, but I can’t find the thread. I have been using my Remstar without the SSD card. This because I have a cord/unit connection problem and the machine keeps shutting off. I wiggle the cord until power is restored. Today I wanted my data. So I inserted the SSD card and the unit “wrote” the data on it. When importing to SleepyHead I find to flow rate graph is missing. Is this normal?
Re: SleepyHead Data missing Power problems
Flow rate is wave form data graphs and the SD card must be in the machine to get that one piece of data because the machine doesn't store the flow rate data files on its internal memory. It does store the other data and that is how come when you insert the SD card it will put that data on the SD card.
So if you want flow rate/wave form the SD card must be in the PR S1 during the night.
The flow rate data files are quite large compared to the other files and I imagine that is why they aren't stored on the machine like the other data files are.

Re: SleepyHead Data missing Power problems
Hi Pugsy:
This is very much appreciated as I will be testing my machine with a new power cord, making sure the unit is in good health while still on warrenty. Thanks!
