Squeeking sinuses?

Post by Guest » Wed May 31, 2006 3:55 pm

I know it sounds crazy, but my sinuses (I think it's the sinuses) make crazy sqeeking sounds in my head, more so if my heated humidifer runs dry. I've thought of posting this before, but it just sounds so weird. Anyone have anything similar happen?

I always call them squealing sinuses. It means that your sinuses are opening up, and that the junk in your sinuses is on the move. Believe it or not, other people can hear it too, I know I was surprised. To me, it sounds like the noise made by letting air out of a balloon while you are holding the end and pulling.

Sounds like you might need a visit to the ENT.

I have squealing sinuses. Mine squeal because of swelling in the sinuses as opposed to being clogged.
I have had some MONSTER sinus headaches, with nose, lip and gums numbing suddenly just disappear with a rather loud squeal.
Instant relief.
