On what grounds?

Percentages of what? Machine usage?
Typical insurance usage is a minimum of 4 hours for 70% of the nights.

Google: "sleep apnea motor vehicle accident rates" and similar (note terms you find as you view the results)

a start: http://www.atsjournals.org/doi/full/10. ... t8q0fiIZnx

Not sure exactly what you are wanting...is it how many hours you need to use it each night to satisfy compliance requirements?
You might read this thread and follow the links.
viewtopic.php?f=1&t=92132&p=849727#p849727

Send 123ShawnT.W. in that thread a PM and ask him specific questions and he will answer you.

I think it is at least 4 hours within a 24 hour period and might be 5 nights out of 7...I can't swear to the 5 out of 7 thing.

For your own health and the health of those who drive in a car with you you should wear it at least seven hours a night every night
for the rest of your life.
