But I got it today (Saturday) and the hose (seems VERY short) won't connect to my bipap automsv advanced machine. It looks like a connector piece is missing but there's no place in the package where it would have belonged. So, I can't use it. And, being Saturday, no support is available.
Every illustration shows the mask but not its connection to the machine. The connector piece I had on my old mask doesn't come off. Can any one tell me what I'm doing wrong?
The short hose assembly on the
P10 has a universal connection coupling end to any long hose out there.
Check your long hose at the mask end to make sure that nothing is stuck in it from your old mask.
There is no special connector needed to attach the
P10 to any long hose out there. What usually has happened when it won't fit is something is left in the long hose from some other mask.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.
