If I hadn't come here after I was diagnosed with sleep apneia and before I got my machine, I would have been ripped off by my vendor. And I wouldn't have a clue what to look for.

Go to the sleep clinic for tritation, and said I wanted Remstar Auto with Cflex. They were impressed I knew anything about it, and said they'd put a request in.
Sleep doctor doesn't even speak to me, but sends my prescription to a provider. SO I set an appointment and I tell them I want a Remstar Auto with Cflex. Yup, no problem.
Get there to get my trial first month kit... oh sorry, you can't get an APAP. But our CPAP is fine, there is no benefit to APAP. Thanks to you guys, I stamped my feet, complained, and looks like they'll get me a APAP prescription.
But man, is the system here in Ontario Canada FUBAR.
Anyways, night 3 coming up. About 2 hours a night complaince so far. I'm using the Swift, and there are no leaks and it seems to be on right (not tight at all). Problem is I'm getting very sore on the cartilidge between the nostrals and I end up taking it off after a couple hours.
Should I just bear with the pain and keep using it, or should I take it off when I feel pain and hope that eventually that area toughens up.
Thanks for all the help!

You've made a good start with this and the next step is getting the mask sorted out. It's likely you will need to keep tweaking various aspects of your set up until you get it just right.
No, I wouldn't put up with the pain or wait until your nose gets toughened up, I'd adjust or change the mask until it doesn't happen anymore.
You say it isn't tight, but it might be if it's rubbing. Is it the right size or style for you? There are plenty of alternatives, pester the clinic until it gets sorted.
There's also a wealth of information about various mask problems in here - worth searching to see how anyone else has dealt with that problem.

I'd try to stick with it if I were you. I also had sore spots on my nares for the firstw eek of going to a Swift, but my nose got used to it, the sores went away, and I LOVE my Swift!!!!!!!!!!! Its so light, and un-intrusive and minimalist and comfortable!!!
If its available, try AyrGel for your sore nose. Works wonders and is a miracle as far as I'm concerned.
Hope this helps!
