any recomendations for supplies other than apria
Re: supplies
Hi,
I like to buy my supplies on-line. The forum sponsor carries just about everything, and has good prices. I have also bought supplies off of E-bay, Amazon, and at least one other on-line site. In all cases, the prices were less than what I would have paid at my local DME. In many cases, paying for it myself was cheaper than what my insurance co-pay would have been.

you might try calling your insurance to see who they would recommend.luckysleep927 wrote:any recomendations for supplies other than apria

Re: supplies
I have Kaiser who is their own DME, but Apria is the supplier (I order from the Kaiser DME and Apria supplies the items and ships them). Only problem I have had with Apria is their own inferior brand substitutions for white fine particulate filters, grey foam filters, and chin straps, even though you request OEM items; they really are almost unusable substitutions that maximise their profits over having any quality at all. Luckily for me they still send me the name brand mask I use or I would have no use for them at all! I now buy out of pocket from our host the items no longer received from Apria. I get the quality I want at a fair price and receive excellent service as well. It works for me
