My old machine is the RESPIRONICS BiPAP Auto MSERIES but it has been discontinued.
What is the comparable machine and does it give me a 7 day/30 report?

I have this machine.
Yes, it gives a 7/30 day AHI as well as last night's data (new feature).
I no longer gives average leak for 7/30 day but instead gives a % of time in large leak only.
It will give 90% pressure numbers if in auto adjusting mode.
Software is easy to obtain and free so that a person can see all of the data that the machine collects in graph form along with the AHI event category breakdown. So there's much more to it than just the 7/30 day AHI numbers.
