Help! Getting only partial Sleepyhead data

Help! Getting only partial Sleepyhead data

Every morning I pop out the card and look at my results for the night before. Last night, when I remembered to put it back in the machine, I couldn't get it to read and finally flipped the little lock switch and it started up OK. But, this morning, I am only getting partial data. I get the summary including AHI and hours for last night but not the graphs. Instead there is a swirling cube saying no data. It seems odd that some data was recorded but not all. Pugsy or anyone else, can you tell me what I did wrong or how to fix this? I tried a Petite Wisp for the first time and am very interested to see how the night went by the numbers. TIA

I have forgotten to replace my card in the past. The S9 only records compliance data when the card is not inserted. I have not found a way to recover any of the missing data.
