new kit/bankruptcy what have you

Hi Guys

so I've decided to go ahead source the machine in the USA - reasons - it's cheaper despite exchange rates and import. And also that if I can get by without one now I may not be able to in the future. Even now when I get a slight nose complaint I know the snorting is going to be waking me up all night. And then I have work. No way to live. So I'm going for

• Respironics DS760 BIPAP Auto Machine

• Respironics System One 60 Series Heated Humidifier with Chamber

• Respironics System One 60 Series Humidifier Conversion Kit

which isn't' cheap but I can just about do it by moving money around and I've cheekily asked the chap for a discount which may or may not work......it's nearly Friday, so hope it does!"

I'll leave a little time for comments before I go ahead and do it just in case I've got incompatible kit.

Assuming all is ok I'll then need help with how to do the data. I'm extremely IT literate having used to work in the industry, and I'm a very quick learner of software (provided I'm not exhausted, solution hopefully above)

I'm interested in knowning the best free software or paid if it's on the torrents, compatible with above of course, and I'll then seriously read up on your threads on how to interpret the lines. And it's exciting. those lines represent the key to improving sleep, I owe it to myself to get good at this!

Your "kit" works...the #1... PR S1 760..the #2..60 series humidifier and the #3.. conversion upgrade kit to give you the heated hose capabilities.
All are compatible. The 3rd item...the upgrade kit could be purchased later if money is extremely tight.

Software...check out my signature line for SleepyHead information. One link is to the download page and the other link is to a couple of threads where I talk about installing and using and understanding the data.
Also discussed is the Respironics software that is available. I will send you a private message with some additional information about the Encore software.

Just FYI, depending on who you are working with you might get a MUCH better price by calling or emailing them. Providers are limited in posting their pricing based on the contract they have with the manufacturers. They might be forced to show one price online, and have a totally different price they are willing to sell it for.
