Happy, happy, joy

Post by mgaggie » Wed Aug 07, 2013 3:39 am

Went to my sleep specialist today and he said I could lower my pressure! I've been having a hard time coping with the pressure being so high (16). All he said was no lower than 9. I plan to take it back to 11, as I tolerated that really well with the nasal pillow so hoping I'll be fine with the quattro FFM at 11.

I know its lame to be excited about this, but no one else except xpapers understand

Last night was so much more comfortable at 11. No leaks except when I rolled over and mushed the mask into the pillow
