Which hose hanger works best
Getting a sore neck from turning all night with the weight of the hose with hose cozy ? I like the sound attenuation of the hose cozy but maybe it is causing this soreness. It has been bothering me for a month, hope that's all it is.
Don't want a piece of junk . I like to keep apap near floor ,will I need to add a hose extension ? Thanks for input.

I made my own with PVC pipe..
It works great.. I added a headband to keep the hose to the PVC and it doesn't slide on me..

I use the Hozer also, like it because us springy, like a fishing pole. I'm an active sleeper. 8 ft and 10 ft hoses are available, not heated though. Kathy
Any landing you walk away from is a good one; if you don't break your airplane it's excellent.
Re: Which hose hanger works best
I made one like in the link below. I sized it to fit in my CPAP case. Easy to use. Versatile. And most importantly, lightweight!

Here are some ideas. Scroll down for pics of mine. It's sized to fit in my CPAP bag. Wish I knew how to keep the black paint on. Lol

I find this one to be great. I bought it at $25 directly from the originator when they first came out. Now Amazon has it at a really bargain price:
http://www.amazon.com/North-American-He ... =hose+cpap
Base fits under the mattress; can be turned left, right or center, and collapses well for travel.
Looks fragile in their "collapsed" photo but is actually very sturdy.
Also has a neat hook from which my mask and chinstrap hang during the daytime.
Regards, Nate

I bought this one to use during my last professional conference:
https://www.cpap.com/productpage/flexib ... -lift.html
--But then I forgot to pack it, and had to hang my hose from the motel headboard
with clear package tape and hair scrunchies from the dollar store. It worked--coulda saved my dough.

Re: Which hose hanger works best
The picture on Amazon makes it look like it has to be assembled, but that is not true. There is nothing to put together and nothing to take apart. It works like a collapsible cane for the blind as a sturdy elastic cord runs inside the hollow core of the stand to keep the parts from coming apart when knocked down for travel. When you fold it up to put it in its travel bag, it all stays together. When you slide the tubes back together at your destination, the elastic cord disappears inside. The tubes telescope/fit into each other and therefore do not rely on the elastic cord to stand up for use.NateS wrote:I find this one to be great. If you're serious about keeping the paint on, did you try deglossing the pipe with some sandpaper, then using primer?LinkC wrote:Here are some ideas. Scroll down for pics of mine. It's sized to fit in my CPAP bag. Wish I knew how to keep the black paint on. Lol

The problem with the following PVC pipes is that they are too thick under the mattress:

The following one is too expensive:
