Hello All and good afternoon!
I don't think this mask is available yet, but it looks very promising. Will be very interesting to see how well people do with it, especially considering how light weight it is, the noncontact forehead support and the easy quick disconnect.

Looks like the full-face version of the Mirage FX nasal.

Their clips are awesome, about time they put them on more masks.
Too bad there is no adjustment for the forehead brace.
And they "cleverly" designed a hard plastic and silicone cushion that probably can NOT be boiled!
I assume the fitting gauges are the same; and with the same shallow cushion design I have found unusable in their previous masks.
(as you may have guessed, I'm more a fan of their blower)

I went to the website on the ad to try and register for a free Quattro Air Mask but I couldn't find any link.
Is it for patients or just for Clinicians?

Hello John,
I'm assuming for everyone. At the moment though, it appears this product is in the introductory stage where only sleep labs and providers can get free samples. My thinking is that if a person wanted to try one, they might be able to go through their doctor, sleep lab or DME.

Like the Mirage FX, the Quattro Air has no clips. The loops at the ends of the headgear fit into
c-shaped hooks on the mask frame.

Looks promising, I'll check with my DME, we're due for a new mask in early June.

Ooooooh this looks good! Honestly it looks like a hybrid between a Fisher Paykel non adjustable forehead piece or the forehead piece on the ResMed MirageFX, along with the easy to clean one-piece pop-out cushion design of the new PR Amara.
It seems like they took the headgear 'hook' design from a Fisher Paykel for the upper headgear attachments, while leaving the lower headgear still attached with quick clips.
I can't even see the air vent.
The Quattro is so long overdue for an update. This new model will make disassembly and clean up so so much easier. Now if only they can do the same for the QFX.
Honestly, it looks like such a hodgpodge of other existing masks, do you think this page was not legit? This was all Photoshopped? Strange.

Clips? I don't see clips. The top and bottom headgear attachments are the same. Just like the Mirage FX. And the ad
states that there are only four parts: the headgear, frame, cushion, and elbow.
And I can't see ResMed giving away masks due to prescription laws. Doesn't seem likely that they will want to collect and
verify prescriptions.

Hello hyperlexis,
My thoughts exactly. A hybrid of elements that seem to be working.
My favorite feature from an instructional stantpoint, is the swivel quick disconnect with the two tabs. The previous version of that feature was hard for a lot of people to use, and they sometimes would pinch their fingers.
Thanks to all for chiming in!

The Quattro FX moved too much on my face for it to be usefull for me, which is why I went with the Quattro with the forehead support.
This looks nice in the photo... I'm not a fan of the ball and socket on the Respironic's and like the clips on resmed... it makes for easier removal.
It's tough to see, but it looks like the headgear straps loop into the mask. Will you need to re-thread the strap into the mask to put it back on?
I'm also very curious about the flex-wing part. It doesn't look like it has any adjustments to it.
How will it work without snapping / breaking off?
if you don't know where you are going... any road will take you there.... George Harrison

I was hoping that Re$med would not abandon their clips, especially the one with the single button on the top (Micro?)
I understand some folks might have trouble with having to pinch clips to get them open--arthritis, you know.
Let's face it; the hook and loop fasteners on most headgear were simply not designed to last 6 months.
That would be at least 183 attachment and removal cycles, not counting the accidental attachment that invariably happens
when you try to leave it unfastened. I am so gentle with the "buttons" on my Wisp, at $13 a pair--I better be!

The hooks on the mask are "C" shaped each has an opening for insertion and
removal of the headgear loops without opening the Velcro.
The hooks are visible in this image of the Mirage FX; the Quattro Air appears
to use similar headgear attachments.

Those hooks are far from fool proof;
and a shabby, cheap way to fasten something that needs to stay on all night.

The headgear attachment has not been a problem during the few nights I've used the Mirage FX;
the mask riding up and irritating the bottom of my nose has been.
