I don't know, I was asleep. All kidding aside, I found that strange myself; I've never had 0 events for a few hours and then have events the rest of the night. I'm kind of puzzled.

Rolling over in bed? Your pattern looks very familiar; working on a home-made backpack to stop the rolling. Problem the last 2 nights has been the elastic was too loose. Worked on that just now. Hope tonight will be better.

Increase in events from around 4 AM on....2 main culprits...supine sleeping or REM stage sleep...or combination of both.
I may have to RISE but I refuse to SHINE.

I'm usually not a supine sleeper; most nights I'll sleep either on my left or right side. Sometimes, it's half and half throughout the night. I think it may have been REM and rolling over...
