I am happy to report that my AHI has averaged around 1.6 or less the past few nights, with leaks being minimized to 5-7 l. I know the normal advice with the Quattro FX is "loose is better." God bless,

tbhit,
Congratulations on your improvement in your PAP therapy! May the short string of good nights turn into a long string of months of good nights .

Fantastic news.
It is amazing at how we have to figure out what works for us and that many times, it may be different from most people.
