Sleepy Head Flow Rate graphs problem. Solved !!!!!

Hi y'all

I have been having a weir of Flow rate chart on SH. Could please somebody tell me what is this? Is the machine having problems? What is going on ?

The other days are normal.

Rosie, looks like a SH anomaly. I get them from time to time (though not usually that far off center). If it was actually your machine I think you'd have a very unique sleep-disordered breathing problem.

I was wondering if my S9 was becoming crazy although I haven't feel anything out of normal.

Did you know that I finally love my S9 ? I'm such a princes Yes, I get used to the S9. It toke me at least 6 weeks but now I love it, Pugsy was so right I was going to love the S9. The System One is in the closet I will need to use it a bit to be sure it will work well in case of need.

My tooth aches some times but it is better than in the past. I haven't been able to stop mouth breathing since last October so I tape each night.

I think it is a SleepyHead bug.
Try a new user profile see if the weird stuff shows still on a new user profile. The data is on the SD card.
It might be a bad file on the SD card. Would need to use ResScan to confirm.

I have 4 users on SH. One for my friend I help and the 3 others are mine. Two for my old machines and one for the S9.

I opened one, the one where I had only the S9 data and I downloaded there. It is worst there, I have some days where I don't even have a flow chart in the list of charts on the bottom at right where you deactivate them.

The user I was using when I say the proble was one where I had mixed the System One and S9. I think it has nothing to do with the problem.

I opened ResScan ( I have problems opening that thing too). I downloaded the data, there is no flow chart the same days I have problems on SH. Even worst, I found one day on ResScan where I only have the AHI and the Event graph but on SH I have everything.

I don't understand what is all this.

Here what happened.

I followed the instructions Pugsy gave me . I reset the firmware and I put a new SD card last night again, this morning I had the Flow charts recorded without any problem in it.

Why I had a hole in the Flow chart the first time I used the new SD card ? Maybe because of the smartstart ON as 'sol' and 'bosstow' suggested.

What is important is that now it seems to work again which makes my day . Hope all continue to function well. It means this could be a behaviour when the SD card is too full.

I'll continue testing to see if all stays OK.

I have a theory ... I know some of the information is averaged over time, and thus the machine won't produce output until it has three days (or is it 5?) of data to look through.

Nope. There is no minimum number of hours of use.
A person can get a brand new machine and take a nap for an hour and be able to see the data on the reports.
She has been using this machine for months anyway.

Rosie got a new SD card (just in case there was a problem with the original SD card) and she also did a reset on the machine.
So not sure which may have eliminated the problem but hopefully the problem will stay resolved since last night's flow graph doesn't appear to show any breaks in therapy.

It is true the machine can register only a couple of hours as Pugsy said.

Here is the data from last night, all is normal. And I forgot to set autostart OFF

Good news ! My S9 is recording all the data porperly again, flow chart included.

I can't say what was the problem. I reset the firmware and changed the SD card and it has been recording all for the last week.

I set again the smartstart ON and it doesn't seems to produce any chopped graph. I don't know neither what was the reason of that problem.

Well, the important is the machine is working without problem. I'm so happy about it.

I am thinking it was the reset of the firmware.
Probably cleared out a few cobwebs within the machine's internal firmware.
